Ainitia is a professional software ecosystem focused on utility, productivity and digital tools with an online license system managed through Ainitia License Manager.
2. Purpose of the service
Ainitia provides downloadable software applications for Windows and other possible compatible systems. Applications may be downloaded freely, but certain functions, usage periods or versions are unlocked through a valid license.
Licenses are managed through Ainitia License Manager, available at the domain licenses.ainitia.com.
3. Software licenses
The purchase of a license grants the user a limited, temporary, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use, which may be revoked in accordance with these terms.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Ainitia commercial licenses are temporary and may have a monthly, quarterly, annual or other duration shown on the purchase page.
Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the software, its source code, brand, design, technical documentation or any other protected element.
4. License activation and validation
To use a license-protected application, the user must enter a valid license key issued by Ainitia License Manager.
The application may communicate with the license server to activate, check, renew, reactivate or validate the license status.
Each license may have a maximum number of activations. If the activation limit is reached, the user must contact support so the case can be reviewed.
5. Offline continuity of use
For eligible paid licenses, Ainitia may issue an offline continuity entitlement linked to the purchased product and license.
This continuity is intended to allow the user to keep using the application until the already-paid expiration date if the license server is temporarily unavailable or if the platform stops operating, always within the planned technical conditions.
Offline continuity does not imply indefinite support, future updates, free renewals or use after the license expiration date.
6. Download, installation and technical requirements
The user is responsible for downloading the appropriate software version, installing it on a compatible computer and keeping the license key safe.
Ainitia may publish new versions, fixes or improvements. Some updates may require an active license or a specific product version.
The user must keep the operating system, antivirus, drivers and computer components in proper condition. Ainitia is not responsible for problems caused by damaged systems, external incompatibilities, third-party configurations, unauthorized software, system modifications or improper use of the device.
7. Permitted use
The user agrees to use the software lawfully, responsibly and according to its intended purpose.
The following actions are prohibited:
- reselling, renting, sublicensing or sharing license keys without authorization;
- attempting to manipulate, decompile, alter or bypass the licensing system;
- using the software for illegal or abusive activities or activities that infringe third-party rights;
- distributing modified, cracked or unauthorized versions;
- using technical means to simulate activations, modify dates, manipulate device identifiers or falsify license checks.
Breach of these terms may result in suspension or revocation of the license without refund.
8. Payments
Payments are processed through external providers, such as PayPal or other systems that Ainitia may enable in the future.
Ainitia does not store full bank card details or user payment credentials. Payment management is handled by the corresponding payment provider.
Once the payment is confirmed, the system generates the license and sends it to the email address entered during purchase.
The user is responsible for entering the email address correctly. If the user enters an incorrect address, they must contact support and provide the information needed to locate the order.
9. License recovery
Ainitia may provide a license recovery page so that the user can receive the license key associated with their email address again.
License recovery will only work if the entered email matches the one used during purchase or the one registered in the system.
10. Withdrawal right and refunds
As this is digital software and electronic licensing, once access has been generated, the license has been sent, the product has been activated or the digital supply has started, the withdrawal right may be limited under the applicable rules on digital content.
However, Ainitia may review refund requests in justified cases, such as:
- duplicate charge;
- technical error attributable to Ainitia that prevents use of the product;
- license not generated after a correctly confirmed payment;
- activation issue not resolved by support.
The following will not automatically justify a refund:
- incompatibility with an unsupported system;
- loss of the license key when a recovery system is available;
- misuse of the software;
- attempting to activate the license on more devices than allowed;
- failure to read the product features, requirements or license duration before purchase.
To request a payment or refund review, the user must contact billing@ainitia.com or support@ainitia.com and include purchase email, product, approximate date and a description of the issue.
11. Support
Ainitia will provide reasonable support for issues related to purchase, activation, license recovery and basic operation of the applications.
Support does not necessarily include personalized assistance for damaged operating systems, advanced third-party configuration, conflicts with other programs, extensive technical training or custom modifications, unless expressly agreed.
12. Service availability
Ainitia will try to keep its websites, purchase pages, downloads, license systems and associated services available.
However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical incidents, hosting problems, external providers, force majeure or causes beyond Ainitia’s control.
Ainitia does not guarantee absolute and uninterrupted service availability.
13. Limitation of liability
The software is provided as is, with the legally required warranties and according to the description published for each product.
Ainitia will not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, loss of profits, business interruption, external incompatibilities, errors caused by misuse of the software or damage caused by configurations outside the program itself, except where the law provides otherwise.
The user must back up important data before installing, updating or using any software.
14. Intellectual property
All rights over the applications, brands, logos, designs, texts, images, documentation, website structure and associated elements belong to their respective owners.
The user does not acquire any ownership rights over the software, except for the limited right of use granted by the purchased license.
15. Changes to these terms
Ainitia may modify these terms to adapt them to legal, technical, commercial or functional changes.
The applicable version will be the one published on this page at the time of purchase or use of the service, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
16. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law and, where applicable, by European rules on consumers, digital services, e-commerce and data protection.
